A smooth, round stone dropped in a well
falls silently, end over end into the darkness.

deeper and deeper, it gradually slows to a halt
and appears to just float there - suspended in mid-air.

Then you notice that there is no well

and you realise that there is no stone.

This is about holding on and letting go,
and trying to understand when it’s time to hold on,
and when it’s time to let go.

Inspired by meditation, and the beautiful nature around us.
